For MyFLEXers who want MORE!

MyFLEX [plus] is for students who want to UP their flex game but have BUSY LIVES!! MyFLEX [plus] is a monthly subscription-based membership that gives you a brand new SHORT VERSION of each module EVERY MONTH. Each module lasts between 10-15 minutes, and can be done COLD. So- if you just got home from a long day at work, and don't have time for your full MyFLEX program, you can pull up MyFLEX plus and hit PLAY- you'll spend 10-15 minutes making SOLID PROGRESS towards your flexibility goals without a huge time commitment.

Each month, I'll update this page with a new "quickie" for each module: hip extension, pike, straddle, and upper back & shoulders. These are downloadable, so you have them FOREVER.

Jennifer Crane

Dr. Jennifer Crane is a physical therapist, athletic trainer, board certified orthopedic specialist, and published author. She has been a sports medicine professional for eight years, and has worked with a wide variety of athletes and performing artists throughout that time. Most recently, she worked as a physiotherapist living in China with the Chinese Olympic Teams in preparation for the Rio 2016 Olympics.

While in China, she worked with multiple sports teams: diving, weight-lifting, fencing, gymnastics, synchronized swimming, and track and field. Of the athletes she worked with, 18 of them went on to get an Olympic gold medal in Rio. In addition to treating patients, she also contracts with Cirque du Soleil, and travels worldwide to teach circus arts instructors and students how to protect their bodies to maximize performance and train unencumbered by injury.

When she’s NOT working as Cirque Physio, Jen spends most of her time training and performing as a circus artist and is currently training in Montreal. Current disciplines include single point trapeze, handbalancing, and dance.

Can I decide to opt out of a month if I'm short on cash?!
I hear you, life is EXPENSIVE! If you need to skip a month, simply opt out of your subscription within your teachable account and you're all set. If you DON'T do this, you will be automatically charged monthly- so be sure to set your reminders!! You can choose to re-join any time, but the price *may* increase!!
Are the short version videos customized to me and my MyFLEX profile?
Nope! These are meant to be SUPPLEMENTAL to your custom program- they still contain all the wonderful MyFLEX programming, but are meant to be more like vitamins or a protein shake versus a well balanced meal!!
